BTS’ Jungkook and GOT7's Yugyeom have gained attention for their pictures together that recently emerged online, taken allegedly at the 2023 Louis Vuitton event afterparty. Some photos of the K-pop idols who are known to be 97-liner friends started circulating on TikTok.
Jungkook and Yugyeom have reportedly been friends since their debut days and grew closer as they were born in 1997 alongside several other idols like SEVENTEEN’s Mingyu, DK, and The8, GOT7's BamBam, and more. In 2023, before the BTS maknae enlisted in the military, he was allegedly spotted at the afterparty of a Louis Vuitton event held in Seoul.
According to fans' speculations, Jungkook attended the party to support Mingyu. After observing the viral photos of the GOT7 member and the SEVEN singer, fans speculated that it was taken at the LV afterparty. This was because Jungkook’s hairstyle and the background of the picture appeared to be similar to that of the 2023 LV event appearance.

Fans were delighted to learn that the K-pop artists are still friends. Furthermore, many were surprised to see alleged images taken back in 2023 were shared after two years.
