On October 22, 2024, BANGTANTV's OFFICIAL YouTube channel dropped episode 11 of BTS' Jin's South Korean variety program Run Jin, titled I Met a Ghost for Real, where he expressed his love for the fandom ARMYs.
"I worked really hard since it was what our fans wanted. As long as you want me to I'll keep on running. ARMY, I love you. Run Jin. Ah, I'm hungry," he added.
Subsequently, the clip from episode 11, where he expressed admiration for ARMYs circulated on social media and went viral.
"My nini is just adorbs , he is literally a bundle of joy," a fan tweeted.
The fandom respected and loved how BTS' Jin faced his fear of ghosts head-on for ARMYs. The fans stated they would return the love by supporting his forthcoming album, Happy.
