BTS' Jin has caught the attention of yet another TV show cast where he could be a potential guest. On July 16, 2024, tvN aired a video titled Filmed and Revealed Domestic Seasonal Talk (original Korean title: 찍고 보니 국내산 제철 토크) via YouTube and Naver TV hosted by special MC Jo Jung-sik.

The cast of the upcoming tvN variety show - Yum Jung-ah, Park Jun-myeon, Ahn Eun-jin, and DEX - were featured in the segment, where they talked about the latest program and their experiences.

During their conversations, actor Yum Jung-ah revealed her intention of wanting to invite BTS' Jin as a guest in the future on Fresh Off The Sea (Korean title: 언니네 산지직송, which roughly translates to Sister's Direct Delivery).

The K-pop idol, recently discharged from the military on June 12, has been involved in an abundance of activities. He has been filming for variety shows and was the torchbearer at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympics, representing South Korea. He is also soon set to feature in MBC's The Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island, as an official from MBC confirmed that Jin has completed filming for the show while a broadcast schedule is yet to be decided.

The 31-year-old star continues to be in demand, as actor Yum Jung-ah also mentioned his name when the MC asked if there was a guest she would like to invite to Fresh Off The Sea. She stated,

"The person who wants to make delicious food for you when you come is BTS' Jin, who was discharged from the military not long ago."

Responding to her statement, actor Ahn Eun-jin promptly went on to say,

"If Jin comes, we will give him a ride in the flower kiln (꽃가마) so that his feet don't touch the ground."

The response brought cheerful laughter from those present and amused netizens eagerly waiting for Jin's future activities. While Yum Jung-ah disclosed not knowing Jin well, fellow cast member Park Jun-myeon said despite not knowing the idol himself, the SKY Castle actor is a "big fan of BTS."

At the same time, when Park Jun-myeon added that she could not make the BTS member work if he appears, Yum Jung-ah was quick to say the idol would do well by himself, going on to state,

"He's such a good kid!"

To which Single's Inferno fame DEX replied that he would try harder in the show, making everyone laugh.

The eldest member of BTS has made a reputation for himself as Variety Show King among fans. This is owing to his natural and spontaneous presence in the various programs he has appeared in, including Running Man, HalMyungSoo, and others.

Fresh Off The Sea, which comes out on July 18 at 8:40 pm KST, will be whisking off its cast to a South Korean seaside village for three days and two nights. There, they will be involved in various coastal jobs and eat exclusive seasonal meals.
