The Priests 2: Dark Nuns, directed by Kwon Hyuk-jae, has revealed its first poster and launch trailer ahead of its January 24, 2025, release. The film introduces new characters, portrayed by Song Hye-kyo and Jeon Yeo-bin, in this continuation of the Korean occult saga, Black Priests. The story follows a forbidden ritual undertaken to save a boy possessed by a powerful evil spirit.

The debut poster captures a dramatic moment with Song Hye-kyo and Jeon Yeo-bin as nuns Yunia and Michaela, respectively. Yunia’s intense gaze and Michaela’s curious expression hint at the dynamic between the two. Yunia is characterized by her bold determination to rescue the boy at any cost, while Michaela, initially resistant to Yunia’s methods, ultimately joins forces with her.

The fiery background and the tagline, "Ready to go to the forbidden place,” highlight the perilous journey the two nuns embark on.

The trailer begins with Sister Yunia’s enigmatic question, “Have you heard of the 12 shapes?”

Esteemed Korean actress Song Hye-kyo makes her much-anticipated return to the big screen, stepping into the role of the fearless Sister Yunia. Known for her work in Descendants of the Sun and The Glory, Hye-kyo portrays a nun who is unwavering in her mission to save the boy, willing to face any danger to ensure his survival.

Rising star Jeon Yeo-bin, celebrated for her roles in Vincenzo and the recent A Time Called You, takes on the role of Sister Michaela.
