LG TWINS faced off against NC Dinos in the game as the True Beauty star attended the celebration on the last day of the ‘2024 Summer Holic’ event. The past two appearances of Eun-woo for the tournament were in 2017 and 2021.

ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo became the first pitcher for LG TWINS on August 11

Fantagio, Eun-woo's agency, confirmed on August 8 that the K-pop idol will be pitching in the 2024 KBO League on August 11. This event was held at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in Seoul.

As reported by Naver, ASTRO's Cha Eun-woo expressed his gratitude for being selected as first pitcher for LG TWINS for the third time, saying:

"This is my third time throwing out the ceremonial first pitch for LG Twins, following 2017 and 2021. I am so happy and honored to be throwing out the ceremonial first pitch again."

He added:

"Last year, LG Twins won the championship for the first time in 29 years, and I will always cheer them on so they can continue their winning streak. Thank you. Fighting!"

The multifaceted star shared photos of his stunning looks wearing the team jersey via his official Instagram account. In one of his photos, he can also be seen holding a baseball ball in his hand.

In addition to Cha Eun-woo, actress and singer Bang Min-ah also attended the event to pray for victory on August 9.
