On Wednesday, November 13, BLACKPINK's Lisa made history as the first K-pop act and the first Thai national to appear on the Vanity Fair Hollywood cover.

BLACKPINK's Lisa talks about LLOUD, solo career, and BLINKs with Vanity Fair
In addition to BLACKPINK's Lisa's cover and photoshoot with Vanity Fair Hollywood, the idol sat down for an interview with the magazine. She shared several things related to her career as an actor, founder, and soloist. When asked about the reason behind kickstarting her own talent management company, LLOUD, she replied:
“I just wanted to have a team that was really focused on me and focused on my solo projects, and have support when I think, Oh, I want to do something.”
During the interview, she also talked about what goes on in her mind when she takes a fresh step in her career. The 27-year-old singer explained that when she takes a risk, she trusts her gut on whether or not to make the decision. She stated that she listens to her mind and body when making that decision. Additionally, she said that she trusts her close friends, family, and work colleagues.
"I'm also lucky that my family, my close friend, and the people that I work with are so supportive. They've allways supported my decisions. Even when they don't really agree and they're super worried, they still support and take the risk with me, so I never feel like I'm taking it alone."
