“HERO OF IDOLS” - Fans react as ENHYPEN’s Jungwon and BOYNEXTDOOR’s Jaehyun rushes to watch BTS’ Jungkook’s first Weverse live since enlistment

ENHYPEN’s Jungwon and BOYNEXTDOOR’s Jaehyun created a buzz among BTS fans as they revealed watching Jungkook’s recent live video on Weverse. On December 18, 2024, Jungkook surprised fans as he started a Weverse live session, saying he missed them. Soon, millions of fans tuned in to watch the Seven singer live after a long time.

Notably, this is the first time the BTS member turned Weverse live on after enlisting in the military. Jungwon and Jaehyun are known to be fans of Jungkook and are also his labelmates. The ENHYPEN leader saw a fan’s post on Weverse, informing him about Jungkook’s live streaming, to which he replied,

“I should watch the live (in a cute tone).”

On the other hand, Jaehyun also confirmed that he was watching the live session on Weverse while interacting with his fans. He said,

“I’m watching JK sunbaenim’s live while reading comments.”

BTS ARMYs are aware of the two idols being Jungkook’s fans, and they could not hide their happiness as they joined them in watching the BTS vocalist after a while. A fan posted on X:

Fans were surprised to see Jungwon and Jaehyun take out their time just to watch Jungkook’s Weverse live. They continued to share reactions.

Recently, BTS’ Jungkook, currently serving in the military to complete his national obligations, was on permitted leave. On December 18, he decided to greet his fans through a Weverse live stream, sharing updates from his military life while checking up on the fans. The BTS vocalist is known to do Karaoke sessions in his live videos, and this time, he sang several songs by other artists, including DAY6, G-Dragon, BLACKPINK’s Rosé, Bruno Mars, and more.

He also sang his solo songs from his first album, GOLDEN, including the title track Standing Next to You, Yes or No, Too Sad to Dance, Hate You, Somebody, 3D with Jack Harlow, and Closer to You (feat. Major Lazer). He also sang the viral hit track Still With You, which excited many viewers.
