On Wednesday, September 11, NewJeans created a new YouTube account to roll out a livestream. However, soon after the livestream ended, their YouTube channel was deleted. This caused quite a commotion on the internet.

The recent livestream involved members discussing their recent experience with the new ADOR management. The members stated that they were unhappy with the management and were displeased with the treatment they had been receiving.

NewJeans' Hanni stated that she had an encounter with a fan. While the staff initially greeted the idol after receiving greetings from Hanni, the staff later asked others to ignore her. She also added that when she brought her concerns to the new CEO, Kim Ju-young, she dismissed them.

Hanni expressed that she felt like she was labeled as a liar by the CEO and was very unhappy about the same. Danielle also shared that she and her members are scared after the removal of Min Hee-jin from ADOR.

She also explained that she and her fellow members feel a lack of control over the music they are making as they can't work with Min Hee-jin or their director, Shin Woo-seok. Since the livestream included several digs at HYBE Labels and their control over ADOR and NewJeans, fans believe that HYBE was behind the deletion of the group's new YouTube channel.

"HYBE hiding the evidence."
"It’s scary to see that Hybe is ruining NewJeans’ career in real time. Since this is all on screen, I can't even imagine behind the scenes when someone tries to go against Bangevil & his minions.? Really, people with morals can't deal with that company...," said a fan on X.
"Hybe is the messiest, they don't even take care of their artists well. Even if you know some companies that have conflicts with their artists, they resolve them quickly," added another fan.

More netizens shared how they were worried about NewJeans' status under HYBE Labels following the YouTube livestream.

"I feel so bad for them cause these poor girls are being caught between f*ck*ss mhj and hybe and being silenced from both directions," stated a netizen.
"Hybe is not letting them speak, they want everything under their control. This applies to all their artist in that company. Hybe is s1ck fawk bongo n that company," added a netizen on X.
"i heard a story from an ex hybe trainee saying that they would get screamed on for doing things they shouldnt do. im scared for what they will do to new jeans. pls be safe," said an X user.

NewJeans's label removed former CEO Min Hee-jin last month

On August 27, the agency released a statement revealing that ADOR's CEO was changed. The former CEO, Min Hee-jin, was removed from her position, and the chief HR of HYBE, Kim Ju-young, was appointed as the new CEO. However, it was also stated that Min Hee-jin will continue to be the internal director of ADOR.

Additionally, it was also stated that the company would undergo a few changes in the management structure.

"The production and management departments will now be separated. While the multi-label management system has been consistently applied across all labels, ADOR has been an exception, with the CEO overseeing both the production and management."

Following this statement, NewJeans created a new YouTube channel. They talked about the unfair treatment they've been facing at the hands of the new CEO and the management. They stated that the recent separation of the production team has not been working out for them.

They ended their livestream by expressing that they want Min Hee-jin back as their CEO and also demanded more control over their music creation. However, following the deletion of their YouTube channel, netizens have been concerned about the group's status under HYBE and their future with the label.
