On January 23, 2025, a short clip of BTS' Jungkook, who is currently serving in military service, went viral on social media. In the clip, the SEVEN singer could be seen showing a magic trick, while wearing an apron with his name on it. Although the video didn’t reveal Jungkook’s face, his voice, personalized apron, and his tattoos were soon noticed by his ardent fans.
The source of the video hasn’t been confirmed as of this writing, several X users claimed that it was shared via a private telegram account of a person, who works with Jungkook. In the alleged video, BTS' Jungkook was seen doing a magic trick that involved making an object vanish from his hands. Right after his magic trick, Jungkook could be heard giggling, which was heavily admired by his followers.

Subsequently, Jungkook’s fans flooded the internet with their admiration for the singer and his hands. One user on X stated:
“His little giggles and his hands we are desperate for any little thing”
Several other fans shared their reactions to BTS' Jungkook’s latest clip online. While some thought his apron was "cute," others said they missed the idol since he was serving in the military.

BTS' Jungkook will be discharged from the military in June 2025
Jeon Jungkook is getting closer to completion of his mandatory military training in South Korea. The Standing Next To You vocalist was enlisted in the military in December 2023, alongside his bandmate Jimin. Therefore, both the idols will be released in June 2025.
Despite currently being in the military, Jungkook continues to create different records and win awards for his solo works. Recently, on January 14, 2025, the Korean media site Star News stated that BTS' Jungkook's single SEVEN exhibited its global prominence by attaining Gold certification in Belgium.
The idol reached this milestone by selling over 20,000 copies of his single SEVEN. The BTS member is one of just two Korean singers to receive a Belgium Gold certification, the other being PSY.
Jungkook's debut solo song SEVEN walked away with an award for music video direction. Bradley and Pablo won a Bronze Clio Award for “Film Craft: Direction” for Golden maknae's music video.
Besides Jimin and Jungkook, the remaining members of BTS, namely Taehyung, Namjoon, and SUGA, will also be discharged by June 2025 leading to the much-awaited BTS reunion.
