On June 12, BTS' Jungkook was spotted among the other members of the group who gathered to welcome Jin after he was discharged from the military. While most members were seen in casual clothing, Jimin and Jungkook, who enlisted under the Buddy System at the same unit, were dressed in military uniforms.
Given that this is the first time fans are getting a view of the BTS maknae's soldier look, they naturally couldn't stop talking about him. While the idol has always been a fan of working out and building his muscles, fans expressed that his build has only become more defined and prominent following his enlistment in the military.

Additionally, the idol in the military uniform with his sleeve tattoo being exposed was something that fans particularly loved. Therefore, when ARMYs caught hold of the many videos and pictures of BTS' Jungkook in his military uniform, they couldn't help but talk about how good he looked.

More fans continued to talk about his build and how buff he would look at the end of his military service since he's not even halfway into his enlistment.

BTS' Jungkook is expected to be discharged from his military service around June 2025
In December 2023, BTS' Jungkook and Jimin enlisted for the mandatory military enlistment through a Buddy System. This system allows two citizens, who are friends, siblings, acquaintances, etc., to enlist in the military together to ease the process of military service. However, fans haven't been able to get a glimpse of the idol after his enlistment.
Therefore, when it was announced that all the BTS members would gather at the front of Jin's unit to welcome him back from the military, fans were excited to see not just Jungkook but all the BTS members together.
BTS' Jungkook, Jimin, RM, and V are expected to be discharged from their military service around June 2025. SUGA, who's serving in the public sector of the military, will have an extended service period compared to the required 18 months. Therefore, his discharge will also fall around June 2025. j-hope, on the other hand, will be discharged this October.
