The post included a total of seven photos, featuring the singer in both military uniform and casual clothing. Taehyung later shared this Instagram post on his story.
Along with Taehyung’s happy moments in the military, his fellow soldier wrote a heartfelt letter to the singer on his discharge. In the long letter, Taehyung’s unitmate expressed gratitude for the singer’s support and highlighted his donation for the military gym equipment. He also mentioned how BTS' Taehyung treated them with delicious meals.
While fans were touched by his unitmate’s letter, it was BTS's Taehyung’s adorable looks in the pictures that caught their attention. His followers were thrilled by the latest photos, which showed off his sculpted muscles and veins. As a result, fans flooded the internet with admiration for the singer. BTS' Taehyung anticipated to complete military service by June 2025
Kim Taehyung began his military duty on December 11, 2023, and trained rigorously with RM. After completing his initial training, he was assigned to the 2nd Corps' Ssangyong Unit on February 8, 2024. Following this, he received another three weeks of training to become a member of the Special Duty Team (SDT).
Currently, BTS' Taehyung is enlisted as a member of a special military police unit overseen by the 2nd Army Corps Headquarters in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province.
As of this writing, Jin and j-hope are only the two members who have completed their military terms. The remaining members, SUGA, Jungkook, Taehyung, RM, and Jimin, are expected to complete their military obligations by June 2025.
