ATEEZ emerged as the first boy K-pop group to headline the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival on April 12 and April 19, 2024, at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. They were joined by other K-pop artists, including LE SSERAFIM, and The Rose.

In his live interaction with fans, ATEEZ member Mingi talked about how happy he was that many of his favorite artists, including J Balvin, Blxst, and Isoknock, attended their Coachella music festival debut. The idol stated that he is a fan of J Balvin and had previously recommended many of his songs. Therefore, The singer was thankful that Balvin attended the event to watch the group's performance. ATEEZ's Mingi revealed that when he was impressed seeing the three of them, including J Balvin, Blxst, and Isoknock's performances, and thus had requested them to check out their stages at Coachella as well. Subsequently, the trio accepted his request and attended their stages, which Mingi was glad and stated, as translated by @sunshine1117:
"last week on seeing their stage, I was very impressed so I said 'I hope you can come' and for real j balvin, blxst, isoknock really actually came so I am very happy.. yes, I'm really a fan of the three of them but they actually came so really I was very happy."
Meanwhile, during his live interaction with fans, he confessed that he was able to compose himself and relax more during the performances at Coachella. Moreover, ATEEZ's Mingi also confessed that he has been taking English lessons more frequently and is improving by practicing.
