Many adjustments were created to fit the film's tone. Additionally, the staff was careful of the trivial details. Song Hye-kyo further mentioned that the aforementioned activities enhanced her role.

Song Hye-kyo confessed that she wanted to hear praise for being a good actor

Song Hye-kyo confessed that she wanted to hear compliments regarding her acting for the upcoming projects. She stated that listening to phrases such as 'her acting was good' seemed to be her ultimate goal. The actress mentioned that she was no longer interested in statements regarding her beauty. She added, as translated by KBIZOOM:

"More than being called pretty, I would love to hear people say my acting was amazing. That would be the best. I hope to hear that more often."

Song Hye-kyo further elaborated that she used to put in a lot of effort for shooting commercials to appear beautiful. She wanted to look pretty. However, now that she was in her forties, she felt that she could no longer depend on her look for the project. She kept reminding herself that she needed to focus on her acting at present.

The actress appeared in the revenge and thriller drama The Glory alongside Lee Do-hyun. It had sixteen episodes divided into two seasons or parts. The series aired from December 30, 2022, to March 10, 2023. She took the role of Moon Dong-eun in the series for which she won the Best Actress award at the 59th Baeksang Arts Awards.
