Recently, TXT's latest song Over The Moon garnered attention among Korean netizens for being composed by HYBE chairman Bang Si-hyuk. On November 4, TXT dropped their latest album The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY, with the title track Over The Moon.

The song is written by Danke, Feli Ferraro, JBACH, Mark Schick, Sam Martin, Slow Rabbit, and "hitman" bang. Further, it is produced by Slow Rabbit, Mark Schick, and "hitman" bang. Notably, “hitman” bang is the stage name used by HYBE chairman Bang Si-hyuk or Bang PD during music production.

Amid HYBE's ongoing internal document leak controversy, Korean netizens have shown their disinterest in TXT's song, as Bang PD has been credited as one of the writers and composers of Over The Moon. Previously, Bang Si-hyuk gained backlash from fans of K-pop artists mentioned in the HYBE internal document, which was unveiled on October 24 at the National Assembly audit.

According to Sports Kyunghyang’s report on November 2, an additional HYBE document, reportedly unveiled by a netizen claiming to be an employee at the agency, was shared on a community platform. The netizen shared an email allegedly sent by Bang PD around July 2023, along with other things as proof of their employment at HYBE.

Subsequently, netizens have shown their disappointment in the chairman due to his alleged involvement in the creation and maintenance of the internal document, on the South Korean online forum TheQoo. They also criticized him for participating in the making of TXT's latest song, stating that they would not stream it.

"Ugh, I'll never listen to that,” a netizen on TheQoo said.

“I don't know what the idol did wrong, but I can't support HYBE after seeing them act like that,” another fan added.
“This is probably the most frustrating thing for the fans... Oh my," a user commented.

Netizens continued to show their disappointment in Bang Si-hyuk for composing TXT's song.

“The more you spend, the more you end up paying for the writing of those documents,” a user commented.
“Wow, even after all the documents were revealed, there are still a lot of people who keep sucking up to them. It seems like HYBE will never go down. Please keep adding to the star wind price,” another fan commented.
“If you listen to the song, you'll be paying the salaries of the people who pass around those miserable documents, lol,” a netizen said.

Meanwhile, some fans showed their interest in TXT’s latest songs.

“Regardless of the composer, the song is good haha. Cheer up, fans,” a fan wrote.
“Bang Si-hyuk seems to be putting in more effort. I watched the music video and everyone was really handsome,” a netizen said.
“I like the song a lot,” another netizen stated.
