On September 30, 2024, fans of GOT7's BamBam were left alarmed after the idol posted cryptic and concerning messages on social media. BamBam, known for being open with his fans, first took to his Instagram, @bambam1a, to share a story that read, "I'll be gone for good. 2025."

Around the same time, he posted a late-night tweet saying, "I hope you have a good night." This raised eyebrows among his fanbase, Ahgase. In response to a worried fan who urged him to take care of his well-being, BamBam's reply deepened the concern, sending shockwaves through his followers. He responded,

"people around me is the reason i'm dying."

Fans quickly flooded his social media with messages of support, urging him to prioritize his mental health and seek help if needed. This is not the first time the artist has hinted at struggles with his mental health.

In the past, the singer has been candid about the pressures of fame and personal challenges, leading his fans to rally around him with words of encouragement and concern.

Many Ahgases are now calling for greater attention to his well-being, hoping the idol finds the support he needs.

"I'm honestly so scared and worried rn. Please someone check on bambam," a user on X wrote.
"Bam, seek for your own happiness. All your fans are here for you. If we could just reach you, and have the chance to speak with you.. but you know, we hope and pray that you’ll be okay. You deserve happiness and we know that you can surpass all these. Mahal kita," a fan wrote on X.
"And I wish you have a good dream," another fan commented.
"You don't know how horrible it feels to have anxiety and feel like my hands are tied and I can't do anything when I feel like bambam is wrong...at this moment I just feel like crying," another user mentioned on X.

Fans continue to express their worry and hope that BamBam surrounds himself with positive influences.

"God, please take this man's suffering away, triple it, and give it to those who's giving a hard time," a person wrote.
"AHGASES OR NOT PLEASE AS A KPOP FAN. CAN WE PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE OF ENCOURAGEMENT FOR BAMBAM? This is really concerning and this has happened months ago too, please a little message of encouragement to him wouldn’t hurt," an X user mentioned.

Times when GOT7's BamBam opened up about his feelings

This is not the first time the GOT7 member has sparked concern among fans due to several emotional posts across his social media.

In July 2024, before the release of his third mini-album, Bamesis, he posted a worrying message on Instagram about wanting to rest and not wake up.

The next day, the K-pop star explained that he had been under significant pressure and stress since last year. He acknowledged feeling unwell for some time but reassured fans that he would work hard and find time to recover.

However, a few days later, on September 23, the idol took to X, apologizing for his recent negativity. He announced that he would take some time off and expressed hopes of returning as a more positive version of himself. He encouraged his fans to stay happy and surrounded by love.

Fans, deeply concerned about his well-being, have called on his label, ABYSS COMPANY, to prevent overworking the idol, who is currently in the middle of his BAMESIS Showcase Tour.

He is yet to perform in Jakarta and Hong Kong in October, with a fan event scheduled in Mumbai, India, in December.
