BTS’ Jin shared a Weverse update for fans before his trip to Milan, Italy, expressing his thoughts on his first time attending a fashion event for Gucci. On September 18, Jin took to Weverse and posted a mirror selfie, with a message for fans in light of the ongoing Chuseok Festival.
The Moon singer greeted the people and shared how he was spending the Chuseok holidays with his close ones. He further revealed that he was at the airport while writing the post before he departed for Milan Fashion Week.
“Hello, this is Jin. It's been a while since I greeted you. Is everyone enjoying Chuseok well? I’ve been doing well, cooking meals and spending time with my family! Right now, I’m at the airport to board a flight to Milan.”

“It feels like this is my first time attending such an event, so I’m very nervous (actually, I’m not nervous at all). Well then, I’ll be off!”
BTS’ Jin was spotted at the Incheon International Airport before leaving for the 2024 Milan Fashion Week
BTS member Jin is gearing up for his first-ever fashion show appearance at the Milan Fashion Week, following the conclusion of his military service. In the afternoon of September 18, he was spotted at the Incheon International Airport, departing for Milan. As seen in a video reported by Dispatch, fans in large numbers gathered at the airport to get a glimpse of the BTS vocalist.
In the post Jin shared on Weverse, he did not specify the details of the fashion event he would be attending. However, following TV Daily’s report from September 18, it was confirmed that he would be attending the Gucci 2025 Spring/Summer Women's Fashion Show in Milan, set to be held on September 20, 2024.
On August 8, Jin was announced as the official global ambassador of the luxury brand Gucci, with recent reports in anticipation of his attendance at the brand's show in Milan at an all-time high.
Notably, the Awake singer was seen donning an all-Gucci outfit, with a black denim shirt and pants over a white tee shirt, at the Incheon International Airport. Jin completed his airport look with the Re-Web sneakers from Gucci.

On Monday, September 16, Jin shared Chuseok festival greetings through BTS' official YouTube channel. South Koreans are celebrating Chuseok, or Korean Thanksgiving, from Monday, September 16 to Wednesday, September 18 this year. On the first day of the festival, Jin greeted fans in a video message:
“Our ARMY who have worked so hard until now, I would like to tell you, "great job"! I would also like to create great memories together for the rest of 2024. Enjoy lots of delicious holiday food. I hope you spend Hangawi (Chuseok) full of happiness with your loved ones.”
Furthermore, on Tuesday, September 17, his solo variety show Run Jin dropped episode 6 titled The Prince of Tennis, featuring popular South Korean actor Lee Yi-kyung, who is known to be a close friend of the BTS member. They showcased their hilarious chemistry while battling in tennis against two kids, capturing an episode full of entertaining moments.
