On July 10, 2024, NTX's Hojun revealed that BTS Jin was his role model during an interview with the South Korean media outlet Sports Today. He shared that he watched a clip where Jin was doing a 90-degree bow to his juniors at an award ceremony. Hojun said, as translated by X user @theJINPRlNT,
"BTS Jin sunbaenim, I watched a video where he bowed at a 90-degree angle to his juniors at an award ceremony. I could understand why he is a superstar."

It should be noted that bowing is an expression or gesture of respect in South Korean culture. Generally, juniors or people inferior in authority bow in front of their seniors. However, when seniors or people superior in power bow in front of juniors, it becomes a newsworthy topic, proving the particular individual's humility.
NTX's Hojun confessed that BTS Jin looked distinct in his eyes
NTX's Hojun continued and confessed that all seven members of BTS were great and had an impressive list of tracks. However, for him, Jin stood out the most and referred to him as sunbaenim (senior in the Korean language). He stated, as translated by X user @the JINPRINT:

However, it is not the first time the rookie male artist has showcased his admiration for the Moon singer. Hojun has previously disclosed that he always carries Jin's photo card from Love Yourself in his wallet and revealed that Epiphany was his favorite song from the album on April 17, 2024.
He disclosed the mentioned details through an episode titled 'What new items does HOJUN reveal in a year? What's in Hojun bag?" on NTX's official YouTube channel. During the episode, Hojun revealed how he got Jin's photocard and kept it as an amulet. He stated, as translated by X user @Jiniya1204:
"Hello, this is Hojun of NTX. In my wallet, I have Jin sunbae-nim's photo card. During the early days at my company, Yunhyeok Hyung asked me if there was anyone who wanted this photo card, and I said "Me!!!". So I've kept it ever since. And this is the photo card of my favorite artist. I am keeping it like an amulet (luck charm), and I carry it in my wallet every day!"
NTX member Hojun also sent a message to BTS Jin through the episode. He stated that since the male artist's military discharge was nearing, he wished for his safe return and requested that he stay healthy. He concluded the message by stating, 'I LOVE YOU.'
