Japanese skateboarder Yoshizawa Coco, born on September 22, 2009, and the youngest member of Japan's 2024 Paris Summer Olympics team, revealed she's a fan of BTS’ Kim Taehyung.

She won the gold medal in skateboarding, beating Liz Akama (Japan) and Rayssa Leal (Brazil). When asked in the interview who she most wanted to meet, she mentioned Kim Taehyung.

Besides Yoshizawa Coco, South Korean Table tennis player Shin Yu-bin was also revealed to be a BTS ARMY. A KBS broadcaster mentioned Kim Taehyung during her match in the 2024 Olympics. According to the broadcast, Shin Yu-bin is known to be a fan of the K-pop idol and before her match, Kim Taehyung had shown his support for the player through hai Instagram story.
The broadcasters mentioned that despite currently serving in the military, he took his time out to cheer for Shin Yu-bin. She won two bronze medals for table tennis in a mixed doubles competition and a women's teams event.
