“In memory of our lovely Yeontan”- Fans react to Bing Crosby’s X post with his and BTS' V’s ‘White Christmas' challenge

On December 4, 2024, Bing Crosby took to X, sharing his and BTS' V's White Christmas challenge, leaving the internet into a meltdown. The fifteen-second video featured a white dog wearing a black outfit and complemented his outfit with a love-shaped cushion.

A filtered Santa Claus cap was also used for the challenge. He was seated in a seemingly cozy room decorated with Christmas trees, decorations, and other elements of adoration. The update was captioned with emojis of Santa Claus and a dog:

Subsequently, the video circulated on social media, and the fandom ARMYs could not stop swooning over it. The users concluded that the recent act was executed to pay tribute to Kim Tae-hyung's late pet, Yeontan. For those unversed, V officially took to his Instagram account to announce the demise of his dog in a heartfelt story on December 2, 2024.
