During a recent interview at the Newsis Hallyu Expo on August 26, Kim Soo-hyun spoke about his upcoming drama, Knock Off, and compared it to his recent hit Queen Of Tears. Disney+ has officially confirmed the global release of the highly anticipated series Knock Off for next year.
Directed by Park Hyun-seok and written by Han Jeong-hoon, this drama is produced by SLL and Arc Media Inc. While asked about his future plans in the Newsis interview, Kim Soo-hyun said:
"Right now, I’m filming a new drama called Knock Off. It has a different vibe from Queen of Tears, and I hope to meet many fans again with this new project. Please look forward to it. Thank you."
Knock Off tells the story of Kim Seong-jun, a man whose life takes a drastic turn following the IMF crisis. Once an ordinary office worker, Seong-jun finds himself thrust into the world of counterfeit goods, eventually rising to become the king of the global counterfeit market.
