On September 13, 2024, Stray Kids' Han dropped his latest track, One Human, to celebrate his birthday through the group's official YouTube channel, sending the fandom STAYs into a frenzy. The three-minute and thirty-five-second lyrical music video featured multiple solo shots of the male artist from a concert, accompanied by his vocals.

The track was published by JYP Publishing (KOMCA). The lyrics were penned by the producing unit of the group 3RACHA and composed by NEUT and 3RACHA.

Subsequently, the track One Human circulated on social media and went viral. Fans could not contain their excitement as they heard the lyrics of the latest song, and an X user tweeted that they received a gift on Stray Kids' Han's birthday:
