On Friday, December 27, ENHYPEN arrived at South Korea’s Incheon International Airport to take their flight to Japan. The K-pop boy band is set to perform at their WALK THE LINE world tour in Fukuoka, Japan, on December 28 and 29, 2024.

As the ensemble entered the airport, fans seemed to recognize them and gathered around in large masses. The group was soon surrounded by swarms of people, which seemingly made them uncomfortable. The footage of ENHYPEN getting mobbed at the airport quickly went viral, attracting a lot of attention from the online community.

Fans of ENHYPEN expressed their disappointment and frustration with the crowd, as one of them stated on X:

“This is so absurd! God it's disturbing to watch.”

Several other similar comments were seen online about the recent airport mobbing of the boy band. While many blamed the band’s agency, Belift Lab, for being "useless" at providing safety and privacy, others said that such crowds can potentially be “dangerous.”

“Koreans are bunch of weirdos! can’t they be little respectful to the boys private & safety!! airport security & belift both are useless! Enhypen’s security & privacy going more vulnerable day by day. when will this company take action,” wrote a fan.
“This is the first thing i see today. Enhypen mobbed once again at the airport. HOW MANY TIMES DOES IT NEED TO HAPPEN TO MAKE YOU TAKE ACTION @BELIFTLAB,” a follower stated.
“They need to stop allowing mobs to be at the airports because this is really dangerous. Someone could get hurt and no one would know. Because there’s too many people there,” commented a netizen.
“I already feel so nauseous just by seeing this .. imagine how much more the boys feel,” wrote another fan.

Some noticed the group members looked “uncomfortable,” while others referred to the mob’s behavior as “abhorrent.”

“This behavior is abhorrent. They could seriously injure idols this way,” wrote an admirer.
“Boys look so uncomfortable. I got anxious just seeing the video. What do they expect they’ll get from this? People should really stop being crazy and let them be,” another fan commented.
“Fans place is concerts, fanmeetings, voting and listening to their music, NOT an AIRPORT. For god's sake can we normalize giving artists their personal space and respect other passengers too? This is sooo disrespectful to them PLEASE stop it,” stated an X user.
