On Thursday, November 7, HYBE employees released a Blind post claiming that the person behind the label's recent internet report leak was the former CEO of ADOR, Min Hee-jin. In the post, they talked about how Min Hee-jin allegedly planned and subsequently leaked the internal reports, after losing the injunction against the label to be reinstated as ADOR's CEO.

Blind is an anonymous professional community, which can be used by verified employees to discuss workplace issues.

They also added that when she was trying to leak the internal reports, she reportedly changed her profile picture to make it seem like she wasn't the one who released the reports on the internet. However, the HYBE employees claimed that all these changes had been recorded, and they suspected Min Hee-jin to be behind the leak.

Netizens were taken aback by this information. While some people stated that this was expected and not surprising, some countered the Blind post by explaining that the claim might be false since the results of the injunction came after the lead of HYBE's internal reports leak. Regardless, here's how netizens reacted to the same:

"It’s no surprise at this point," read part of a netizen's comment.
"Looks like Mhj's attempts to cover up their tracks didn't work. The truth always comes out," said a netizen.
"Would that be proof enough to finally fired her? We all knew it was her work" commented an X user.
"I thought it was well known that she was behind it. Just need evidence to prove it. Also, how silly of her to leak it by herself instead of asking one of her minions to do it?" added another X user.

More fans and netizens talked about how they predicted it to be Min Hee-jin's work.

"All the companies has had audits but only hybe’s document was revealed to the public that itself shows that woman pulled some strings," added another netizen.
"Whatt the, so hybe is innocent?? And it's all min heejins fault????" commented an X user.
"It was obvious that someone on his team leaked it, this does not change that the reports are real and their content is the same, I will never defend Hybe, they are to blame," added another user.

HYBE addresses the internal report leak following the National Assembly Audit through a statement

On October 24, the National Assembly Audit was held, following which HYBE's internal reports were allegedly leaked. In the internal reports, the label's employee was reportedly seen engaging in conversations that were derogatory towards minor K-pop idols, and also allegedly sabotaged other K-pop groups.

When these documents landed on the internet, the label soon released a statement addressing the leak. They stated that the leak of internal reports was only the negative aspects of their reports, and the good parts were deliberately not revealed by the person who leaked the same, to showcase the label in a bad light.

"This was written by extracting reactions from the community and SNS as they are in order to share industry trends and issues with a small number of internal member for reference purposes and does not represent the label's position. The report includes content that we as an entertainment company should pay attention to, as well as positive evaluation from fans," the label's statement read.

Additionally, they also explained that the statements and comments in the internal reports weren't completely the label's stance, and that netizens said some of them. These comments were collected by HYBE to check the existing trends on the internet. They concluded their statement by expressing that they would be holding the person behind the lead accountable for their actions.
