On October 25, 2024, BTS’ Seokjin’s eagerly awaited single, I'll Be There, debuted as the pre-release track of his upcoming album HAPPY. Following the release of his track, one of his fans shared two images of Seokjin on Weverse, featuring a similar jump in both images.
While one image was from his latest music video, I'll Be There, the other was taken from episode 105 of Run BTS, which was released in 2020.
Seokjin replied on Weverse to the images shared by the fan, saying that the jump shown in the Run BTS episode was a spoiler for his latest single, I’ll Be There.
This reply from the singer garnered attention from his fans across various social media platforms. Consequently, fans on X swamped the internet with their reactions to BTS’ Jin’s witty response. One of them wrote:
“Jin will never not be funny”
Some fans referred to his response as hilarious, while others highlighted an old BTS meme where BIGHIT planned the boy band’s career in 1775.
“This is hilarious. He’s so funny. Bangtan did have their entire schedule laid out since 1856, so this makes sense”- commented a fan.
“where’s that bighit planning bts’ whole career in 1775 meme when you need it”- stated another fan.
“accusations of Bangtan plotting their careers since 1066 confirmed.”- commented another X user.
One fan stated that the group planned their comeback five decades ahead, while another called Jin a ‘deeply unserious individual.’
“jin confirming that they plan things 47 years in advance :))”- remarked a fan.
“Bts plan their comeback 5 decades before it happens”- stated another user on X.
“deeply unserious individual”- commented a fan.
“Jin is fast at everything. Wishes Birthday to members 3 days/1 month/6 months prior.. promotes his upcoming song 4-5 years prior. What even is ARMYs marketing? ARMY is nothing in front of The Kim SeokJin”- another fan wrote.
