On September 30, 2024, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, GOT7's Jinyoung, and NCT's Doyoung sent their fans into a frenzy. A recent picture went viral online, suggesting a reunion of the three former Inkigayo presenters. This picture was posted on Instagram by an Inkigayo producer.
Reportedly, Jisoo, Jinyoung, and Doyoung met for a dinner with Inkigayo producers and employees. All three K-pop artists were tagged in the Instagram story, even though no one's face was visible in the photo. The Inkigayo producer wrote in the caption,
"kids who never change."
For the unversed, Inkigayo is a music show aired on SBS. It is a stage where K-pop idols and groups compete for the top place on the weekly popular music charts as they represent their newest songs on the show. The three K-pop idols hosted the show from February 2017 to February 2018.

Fans had an online meltdown to see the latest pictures and expressed wanting to see the trio host Inkigayo again. Meanwhile, a fan wrote on X:
"JINJIDO REUNION IN THE YEAR 2024 I SMILEDDDD."
Despite none of the idols' faces being visible in the picture, astute fans identified the BLACKPINK idol by the Dior lip glow visible on the table.
"I think their group chat is still alive you guys. can we get a reunion soon please sbs inkigayo," one fan wrote.
"Doyoung in black and the Di0r lip glow by Jisoo. Also, Jinyoung is expected to be discharged from enlistment by Nov too. Can we get JinJiDo MC again?" another fan added.
"#JISOO recently had a meal with Jinyoung, Doyoung and a few inkigayo staffs. At first I thought it was a wrong information.... It took me.. 10 mins to process the whole thing," another fan said.
Others expressed their happiness that the three K-pop idols have stayed in touch throughout the years.
"Looks like Jinyoung is still on his long vacation and have a chance to meet up with Doyoung, Jisoo and Inkigayo staffs," one fan expressed happiness.
