This record was previously held by Kim Gun-mo's album Wrongful Meeting, released in 1995 and sold around 2.86 million albums.
BTS' Jungkook’s solo album GOLDEN originally debuted on November 3, 2023. The album featured a total of eleven tracks, including Closer to You (feat. Major Lazer), Seven (feat. Latto) Explicit Version, Yes or No, Please Don't Change (feat. DJ Snake), Hate You, Somebody, Standing Next To You, Too Sad to Dance, Shot Glass of Tears, and Seven (ft. Latto) Clean Version.
