On Wednesday, August 14, the CARAT Membership presale for the US leg of the World Tour went live at 3 pm KST on the popular ticketing platform Ticketmaster.

Netizens revealed that they were preparing for the registration in advance with all the information required to make the process smoother, given the large number of fans in the queue.
Many fans alleged online that they could not get the ticket due to the application error shown by the Ticketmaster website, despite following all the processes. They also alleged that the codes provided did not work at the last minute and that some were logged out during the process, failing to get the tickets.
They took to social media to express their anger at Ticketmaster and the group's agency, PLEDIS Entertainment.
“Ticketmaster is honestly the bane of my existence. Like, how are you the primary platform for buying concert tickets, have experience with massive influxes of people with other big artists, but still manage to crash for hundreds of people.”- a user commented
Fans continued criticizing the ticketing platform as they could not get the tickets due to the error.
“CARATs trying to willingly spend their life savings to see SEVENTEEN, but Ticketmaster won't let them,” a fan said.
“REAL I’m genuinely so mad I was going to get these tickets for like a really late bday gift but ugh they needed a bigger venue bc this whole ticketing process was horrible and people who are immediately reselling don’t make it any better lmaoo,” a user wrote.
“lol I guess Ticketmaster was trying to save me money by not letting me get seventeen tickets,” a user added.
Netizens shared their experience of failing to obtain the tickets despite trying multiple times.
“I get in after 7 mins & in that time had VIP twice, regular front row 3 times & each time the payment option doesn’t work & now it FINALLY works when all that’s left is nosebleeds,” a user stated.
“TICKETMASTER I WAS SO WAITING FOR THAT LINE FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR FOR THAT SH**** I JUST WANT 1 ticket for SEVENTEEN CONCERT,” a user added.
“This is such bulls**t. An application error for a payment method I don’t even use???? Guess I’ll be seeing seventeen in 2030 instead,” a fan said.
