The twenty-four-second video showcased an old lady desperately waking up Jun-ho (played by Wi Ha-joon). Jun-ho was lying unconscious in a hospital, and the old lady called for a doctor.
For those unversed, the upcoming dystopian and survival drama Squid Game 2 would follow the story of Seong Gi-hu (player No. 456) re-entering the game after winning the preceding one. He intended to safeguard other players' lives with his prior knowledge about the place.
Subsequently, the latest teaser circulated on social media and went viral among the fandom. They could not contain their excitement, and an X user tweeted:
