On October 4, 2024, Big Hit Music released the party edition trailer for BTS' Jungkook's solo documentary JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL WITH YOU. The agency also shared the details about the documentary screening and ticket sales available on the jungkook-iamstill.com. The limited screenings for the party edition documentary will begin on Friday, October 11, 2024.

The announcement post included a trailer featuring Golden Maknae's iconic show at Times Square's biggest billboard stage TSX in New York. In the trailer, Jungkook performs his studio album Golden's title track, Standing Next to You.

Subsequently, the trailer went viral and fans could not contain their excitement about watching the party edition of the documentary. Expressing this enthusiasm, a fan wrote on X:

"Let the party begin! Can’t wait to see this on the big screen."

Many fans suggested the idea of releasing the party edition of the documentary globally so that it could have the same impact as the original version and become more successful.

"Omg! im seeing jungkok on the big screen in LA on my birthday thank you my sweetest bebe for the gift CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU NEXT WEEK," a fan reacted.
"My local AMC showing whole weekend for 1PM. Let’s gooooooo," a fan shared.
"Please make it GLOBAL and take this edition to every cinema like before! Jungkook I AM STILL got a massive impact globally, it would be amazing if this one gets released globally as well," a fan commented.

Some fans expressed disappointment over the limited screening of the party edition documentary.

"'I am still’ was something that I was looking forward to, literally a ray of light that I was needing. Couldn’t attend it for the some reasons. I was hoping I could enjoy this edition but it seems that NOPE Again. Can’t explain how hurt I am feeling," an X user reacted.
"PLEASE European ARMYs want to PARTY PARTY YEAH with Jung Kook too!!! Please consider to add more dates in Europe too, we want to sing along with our JungKookie baby again!!!!,"- an X user wrote.
"It’s okay, I do this in my room everyday," a fan tweeted while sharing a screenshopt that showed "sold out" date for Paris screening.

The party edition of JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL comes with a bonus singalong segment. The project would feature concert performances, behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and 20 minutes of sing-along videos.

The upcoming party edition would feature hit tracks like Seven (feat. Latto), 3D (feat. Jack Harlow), and Standing Next to You. For those unversed, these tracks are part of the idol's first solo studio album, Golden, released on November 3, 2023, through BigHit Music.

Meanwhile, the original JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL showcased the idol's eight-month journey of creating his studio album, GOLDEN.

In recent news, Jungkook and his fellow group member Jimin released their travel show Are You Sure?! The show consisted of eight episodes and aired till September 19 on the streaming platform Disney+. It showcased Jimin and Jungkook embarking on a journey across the United States, Jeju Island, and Japan.


The youngest BTS member is currently enlisted in the South Korean army. He began his mandatory military service on December 12, 2023. He is expected to be discharged from the military in June 2025.
