On January 23, 2025, the South Korean K-pop girl group Red Velvet announced the release of their much-anticipated film Red Velvet Happiness Diary: My Dear, ReVe1uv. The film will have a theatrical release on February 19, 2025.

The film will feature behind-the-scenes footage, heartfelt messages, stage performances, and personal insights from the group.

The poster showcases five members, including Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, and Yeri, standing together on a stage. They are surrounded by a cloud of red lightsticks, showcasing the deep bond between the artists and their fans.

The news about the upcoming film has gone viral among ReVeluv, the Red Velvet fandom. Many fans expressed their excitement to watch the film, and an X user tweeted,

The fandom mentioned that they would watch the upcoming film as soon as it opens worldwide in theaters.

More about Red Velvet

The South Korean K-pop girl group made their debut on August 1, 2014, with the single Happiness. Initially, Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, and Joy were part of the line-up. Yeri joined the group in March 2015 with the EP Ice Cream Cake. The group is managed by Avex Trax and SM Entertainment.

The band unveiled their first studio album, The Red, on September 9, 2015, through SM Entertainment. It featured ten tracks, including Dumb Dumb, Huff n Puff, Campfire, Red Dress, Oh Boy, Lady's Room, Time Slip, Don't U Wait No More, Day 1, and Cool World.


In recent news, the group released their seventh extended play, Cosmic, on June 24, 2024, through SM Entertainment. It featured seven tracks, including Cosmic, Sunflower, Last Drop, Love Arcade, Bubble, Night Drive, and Sweet Dreams.

They will release their much-awaited film Happiness Diary: My Dear, ReVe1uv on February 19, 2025.
