On September 3, 2024, the BANGTAN YouTube channel dropped the fourth episode of BTS' Jin's show Run Jin, titled A Dangerous Invitation. During the episode, guest Kwak Joon-bin confidently replied when he was asked the full form of MBC, leaving fans giggling.
The staff asked the full form of the broadcasting channel MBC from Jin, TXT's Yeonjun, Kim Dong-hyun, and Kwak Joo-bin. The following options were provided to the singer: Monster born in nature, Much bleakness comes from Children, and Monster Born from Capitalism.

In response, Kwak Joo-bin quickly stated, 'Monster born from Capitalism' without listening to more options. Subsequently, a splash of water fell on the three other individuals, including TXT's Yeonjun, Kim Dong-hyun, and BTS' Jin.
Kwak Joo-bin proudly stated that he was an MBC YouTube, and this could not be wrong as he claimed he was a real monster born from capitalism.
It should be noted that there was an alleged conflict between MBC and BTS due to the latter's absence from the former's annual music festival.
Subsequently, MBC allegedly didn't invite HYBE groups and artists to perform at their famous music programs, including Music! Show Core* and the Championships.
Recently, the broadcasting channel was under fire as it allegedly removed Suga from the group's picture during its famous variety show Where is My Home.
Naturally, when the Run Jin clip circulated on social media, the fandom concluded Kwak Joo-bin's remark about MBC as a shade and shared hilarious reactions. Subsequently, an X user tweeted:

The fandom expressed their elation about the guest's response. They further expressed that if someone tried to mess with the members of BTS, they would always have each other's back.

BTS' Jin's recent activities
BTS' Jin was discharged from mandatory military service on June 12, 2024, after serving as an active-duty soldier for 18 months. Subsequently, he held an in-person FESTA event on June 13, 2024, to celebrate the group's 11th anniversary.
The idol was appointed as the global ambassador for Italian luxury fashion house Gucci and jewelry and watch brand Fred.
