“Looking forward to watch this”: Fans react as Aiba Masaki’s ‘Since Those Days’ drops preview of BTS' Jin’s highly anticipated guest appearance

On Thursday, December 5, the trailer for the upcoming episode of Aiba Masaki’s show Since Those Days, featuring BTS' Jin as the guest, appeared on the internet.

This special edition episode of Since Those Days is set to air on December 7, 2024, at 3 pm KST/JST via Nippon TV network (Kanto Local). This is the third special episode of Aiba Masaki’s show.

As shown in the trailer, Japanese actor and singer Aiba Masaki travels to Korea and surprises BTS' Jin. The Epiphany vocalist becomes the guide for the Japanese show host and takes him to different places in Korea. Jin invited Aiba to show him Seoul in the new episode.

"I want to show you around Seoul this time," Jin stated in the preview.

As seen in the trailer, the two stars ride on a hot air balloon as they explore Seoul. BTS' Jin's fans were delighted to see his appearance on Aiba Masaki's show. As a result, his fans took to the internet and expressed their anticipation for the upcoming episode. Conveying this sentiment, one X user commented:

Many other mixed reactions to the trailer were seen on the internet. While some referred to BTS' Jin as “Seoul ambassador,” others appreciated the trailer.

“Jin is a true Seoul ambassador! He introduced Aiba to Seouldal, a tethered helium balloon that rises straight up over Yeouido and offers amazing Seoul view. Seokjin introduced it to us in Feel Soul Good Ep3: Fun!,” stated a fan.

Several fans lauded the editing of the trailer, while others described Kim Seokjin as the “face of Korea.”

BTS' Jin resumed his YouTube variety series RUN JIN

On November 26, BTS' Jin unveiled the teaser for the upcoming new episodes of his entertainment series RUN JIN after a month-long break. The eleventh episode of Seokjin’s RUN JIN came out on October 22, 2024, following which the series entered a hiatus.

Subsequently, the twelfth episode of the show was released via the official BANGTAN TV YouTube account on December 3, 2024. The latest episode was titled, K-Mukbang.

Kim Seokjin debuted RUN JIN right after the conclusion of his military service on June 12, 2024. Since the premiere of his series on August 13, Jin has hosted numerous guests, including Jee Suk-jin, Lee Yi-kyung, TXT’s Yeonjun, and Sandeul, among others.

BTS' Jin has engaged in various intriguing games with his guests across multiple episodes, including tennis, Dangerous Invitation, Policeping, and others.
