On June 11, 2024, the South Korean media outlet Single List reported that Lovely Runner's actress Kim Hye-yoon topped the TV-OTT integrated non-drama cast. She peaked at No. 1 after appearing on the variety show titled Whenever Possible episode 7, resulting in the show's search and rise of its ratings (up to 70.9%.) This is the first time in the show's history that a guest has ranked first on the survey list and impacted the show's global rating.
Previously, her co-star Byeon Woo-seok, topped the list in May 2024, following which Kim Hye-yoon took over the first spot. They became the most talked-about onscreen couple since the global success of their drama, Lovely Runner, that aired on TVING and Viki from April 8 to May 28, 2024.
