On November 30, the official YouTube channel of HYBE Labels released the cinematic still version of BTS' Taehyung’s new song Winter Ahead featuring Park Hyo-shin. This cinematic version was dropped following the release of the official Winter Ahead music video on November 29.

BTS' Taehyung’s fans seemed impressed with the song’s cinematic adaptation. As a result, the singer’s fans poured their praises on the internet for the singer and his latest Winter Ahead version. Echoing this sentiment, one user on X commented:

“Taehyung made a 180° turn for this version and it's 100% successful as well. I mean he is just as unique here as in the cinematic version, revealing all sides of himself with these two mv. Oh Taehyung the artist that you are, it's an honor to be able to enjoy it as a fan”

Many other reactions to BTS' Taehyung and Park Hyo-shin’s portrayal in the video were also recorded online. While some referred to the feeling of the video as “romantic,” others said it had a “warm cozy winter vibe.”

“They’re just serenading their lines to each other over dinner with that romantic 40’s or 50’s vibe.. Paradise,” a fan stated.
“Now this is how #WinterAhead song needs to be enjoyed. It invokes a warm cozy winter vibe, just close your eyes (trust me, close ur eyes) and let the song engulf u in it's embrace. Thank u to #V #PARKHYOSHIN for this gift,” commented another fan.

“I loved this so much. You can tell they are having a good time and it fits the mood of the song as well. Amazed they did not burst out laughing, that's acting for you:),” stated an admirer.
