On September 2, 2024, the South Korean K-pop group Day 6 unveiled their much-anticipated ninth mini-album, Band Aid, featuring Melt Down as the title track of the latest record, sending fans into a frenzy. The record was released through JYP Entertainment and Studio J and distributed by Dreamus. It has eight songs, including Monster, Melt Down, She Smiled, Shxtty Game, Help Me Rock & Roll, Counter, I'm Fine, and Still There.
The group also unveiled a three-minute and three-second music video for Band Aid's title track, Melt Down, flaunting their vocal skills, accompanied by beats of musical instruments, including guitar, piano, and drums, and appealing facial expressions. Subsequently, the fandom listened to the latest record of Day 6 and could not stop complimenting the group's latest record.

The pop-rock band Day 6 debuted on September 7, 2015, with their mini album The Day. Formed by JYP Entertainment's sub-label Studio J, the band now consists of four members: Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon. Former members Jae and Junhyeok have since left the group.
The group has an impressive list of discography, including Sunrise, Moonrise, The Book of Us: Entropy, The Day, Daydream, Shoot Me: Youth Part 1, Remember Us: Youth Part 2, The Book of Us: Gravity, The Book of Us: Negentropy-Chaos Swallowed Up in Love, and other songs.
