On Tuesday, August 20, BTS' Jungkook released the preview of his new documentary titled ‘JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL’ via BTS’ official social media pages and BANGTAN TV’s YouTube channel. Following the teaser release on August 14, the official preview of the much-awaited singer’s upcoming documentary impressed fans. This will be Jungkook’s first documentary to be released in cinemas worldwide, and it is set to make its debut on September 18, 2024, in select locations.
The preview release thrilled Jungkook’s fans, following which they flooded the internet with their enthusiasm for the movie. One of his fans wrote,

BTS' Jungkook’s 'JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL' is set to release worldwide with limited screenings on September 18
On August 14, the singer revealed the ticket details for his movie via an exclusive website, www.jungkook-iamstill.com. The worldwide ticket sales will commence on August 21 at 9 am EDT/6 am PDT, with ticket sales in Korea scheduled to start on September 4. Japan will begin selling tickets on September 13. With limited screenings, this movie will premiere on September 18.
As of the time of writing, the preview video has already garnered over 400k views on YouTube. In this clip, BTS' Jungkook said,
"others should approve of it, that way I'd feel proud. I strive to be better too. I always say this but ARMY always fires me up. I just follow my own compass"
The documentary is expected to feature BTS' Jungkook’s life off-camera as he works on his solo record, as well as previously unseen interview material. It will also include the Seven vocalist’s electrifying concert performances. The JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL website further shows what viewers can expect from the movie-

Currently, BTS' Jungkook is serving his compulsory military duty. He is likely to be discharged from army service by June 2025. So far, only Kim Seokjin, aka Jin, has completed his service, and the rest of BTS’ members are in the military.
