More about BTS' Namjoon's second solo album, Right Place, Wrong Person

The album, Right Place, Wrong Person, was released by BIGHIT MUSIC on May 24, 2024. The record marked Namjoon's second solo release, which he pre-recorded ahead of his military enlistment in December 2023.

The album consisted of 11 tracks, including the pre-release single Come back to me. The music video, directed by Emmy-winning filmmaker Lee Sung-jin, also featured Pachinko actress Kim Min-ha and Beef actor Joseph Lee.

Additionally, the music video of the album's title track, LOST!, was directed by the French filmmaker Aube Perrie. Perrie has also worked with The Hives, Harry Styles, and Fontaines D.C., among others.

The Grammy-nominated Korean musician's documentary film encapsulates the journey of his artistry and self-identity. The film focuses on the artist creating 11 tracks that question societal stereotypes, prejudices, mental health, and more.

The documentary was filmed across Seoul, Tokyo, and London, spanning eight months when RM worked on creating his second solo album.

In other news, BTS' Namjoon enlisted in the South Korean military on December 11, 2023. He will return to the entertainment industry in June 2025. His pre-recorded track with Megan The Stallion, Neva Play (feat. RM of BTS), was dropped on September 6, 2024.
