BIGHIT MUSIC (now HYBE Labels) released the new Are You Sure?! photobook poster on September 19, 2024. The poster preview displayed several pictures of BTS' Jimin and Jungkook along with V as the show's special guest.

However, some fans were disappointed as the poster didn't mention V's name alongside Jimin and Jungkook's names. Several other fans countered that the show is of Jimin and Jungkook and Taehyung just featured as a special guest in only three episodes.

This turned into a heated debate on X as some fans lashed out at BIGHIT MUSIC for allegedly forgetting to mention Taheyung's name. One such fan wrote on X,

"Idk I feel its kinda off when they included Taehyung's photo for Jeju but they didn't even mention his name. At least add a special guest tag or maybe don't use his photos for the preview poster."

BTS' V's solo fans, who identify themselves with the fandom name "KTHs"—based on the abbreviation of the idol's full name, Kim Tae-hyung—urged fellow fans to not purchase the upcoming photobook.

"Imagine centering your poster around a picture with Kim Taehyung still failing to acknowledge him by name like how hard is it to type a single letter #V or did you forget his name like the debut days? If u're gonna ride his wave for clout at least have the decency to respect him," one fan wrote on X.
"Kths don’t buy this PB Tae is not credited to it," another fan added.
"Where is #V hastag? There's a photo three of them but there's no Taehyung's name in the title? If you decide to put Taehyung in this poster then you have to at least respect him. Or did you forget his name again like when he first debuted??" one other fan said.

The rest of the BTS fandom defended the show's poster, reminding everyone that the show was officially Jimin and Jungkook's. They added that V was a guest star hence crediting him on the official poster of the show wouldn't make sense.

"Two of the biggest soloists who are breaking their group's records need clout? I don't think so," one fan commented.
"A reminder that this show is only of jungkook and jimin, like they said in themselves. idk why the qrts insist so much on a guest being mentioned," anothe fan explained.
"It’s a jimin x jungkook travel show, NOT vminkook for you to be so demanding. this is definitely NOT FOR kths & taekookers," another fan remarked.

More about BTS' Taehyung joining Jimin and Jungkook in their show Are You Sure?! as a special guest

Disney+ released the first two episodes of BTS' Jungkook and Jimin's travel show, Are You Sure?!, on August 8, 2024. The episodes showed the two K-pop stars traveling across New York, where they went for kayaking, beer tasting, camping, hiking, and more. In episode 3, Jungkook and Jimin headed to South Korea's Jeju Island, where they were joined by a surprise guest, Taehyung (V).

V, Jungkook, and Jimin explored Jeju together and engaged in fishing, riding scooty and bikes on the streets, exploring various cuisines, and more. Their Jeju trip ended with the wrap-up of episode 5 and Jimin and Jungkook headed to Japan together to film the rest of the show's episodes.

The show was filmed ahead of the BTS members' military enlistment. V and Namjoon enlisted on December 11, 2023, while Jungkook and Jimin enlisted together under the "buddy program" on December 12, 2023. V was deployed to the SDT unit on January 16, 2024, whereas Jimin and Jungkook were deployed to the 5th Infantry Division on January 18.

The BTS members will return in June 2025 to resume group activities.
