On July 30, 2024, ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin posted several KakaoTalk screenshots on her Instagram story, refuting all claims made against her by HYBE and Dispatch. Sports World reported that she wrote in her Instagram stories that Dispatch allegedly fabricated her KakaoTalk chats to manipulate public opinion. She asserted that the ones she shared are the original chats.

The chat screenshots are related to HYBE's earlier accusations of Min Hee-jin allegedly attacking a female employee of ADOR, who was also a victim of workplace s*xual harassment. In April 2024, when HYBE accused the ADOR CEO of business espionage, it was also revealed that an executive of ADOR tried to harass a female employee. Min Hee-jin allegedly sided with the defendant—the executive.

Meanwhile, in her July 30 posts, she stated that she "scolded" the executive for two hours, saying that "not everything is done through KakaoTalk" chats. She stated:

"I realized that 'B's bullying was the trigger for everything', and since I had sincere affection for both A and B, I wanted to apologize and resolve the issue without any ill feelings.[...] As everyone knows, not everything in the world is done through KakaoTalk conversations."

On July 30, Min Hee-jin provided a detailed explanation of the incident via Instagram stories. She started by apologizing for the ongoing dispute between her and HYBE, which has led to massive public opinion clashes online.

On July 25, Dispatch revealed scathing chat screenshots alleging that Min Hee-jin had concealed an instance of workplace s*xual harassment. According to Sports World, Dispatch claimed that a female employee was fired after accusing an ADOR executive of bullying and s*xual harassment.

Furthermore, the ADOR executive was reportedly let off with a simple warning. However, Min Hee-jin stated in her posts that the female employee resigned from the company of her own volition, and the executive was thoroughly reprimanded. She continued that she intervened in the case, as "misunderstandings" can happen in any circumstance.

"I knew them both well, and I was the only person who knew their personalities, work capabilities, and the context of the situation, so I wanted to figure it out. Human affairs in this world are not that easy or simple. Misunderstandings can happen at any moment. I think B, who has resigned, must have felt quite uncomfortable and scared about the current situation, just like me," she stated.

Sports World reported that Min Hee-jin concluded her post by stating that it is exceedingly difficult to rectify misinterpretations and clarify information once it has been twisted and disseminated online. She asserted that people should refrain from making baseless accusations against her and added that HYBE should stop releasing non-consented data in public.

"I do not have the capacity or heart to respond to any more unreasonable attacks, including the substandard instigation of slander by editing and using illegally leaked data without even the slightest conscience, but the reason I cannot give up is because no one should experience this," she said.

In other news, on July 23, the Korea Times reported that Min Hee-jin filed a police complaint against five HYBE executives for allegedly obstructing her work at the company. It was the same day when Park Ji-won resigned from his position and Lee Jae-sang was appointed as the new CEO of HYBE.
