On Friday, November 1, during TXT's KSPO Dome concert, Hueningkai was seen leaving the concert stage midway. After performing a few songs, he left the stage after Tinnitus, which left many fans and the audience worried. The members soon explained that the idol was sick and tried his best to be on stage and perform for MOAs (TXT's fandom).
However, he felt too unwell and had to eventually go and take some rest. On Sunday, November 3, during a press conference that was held before TXT's final encore performance in Seoul, Hueningkai explained his health condition, and why he left the stage midway. Here's what the idol stated during the press conference:
"Thank you so much for worrying about me. I wasn’t feeling well since the day before, and even though I tried to push through, my condition worsened, so unfortunately, I couldn’t stand on stage. But today, I really wanted to see my fans, so I made sure to come out."
He continued,
"After being unwell yesterday and coming to perform today, I truly felt the importance of health more than ever. I hope we can all stay healthy and avoid injuries for the rest of the year. That feels like our comeback goal this time."
BIGHIT MUSIC releases statement addressing TXT Hueningkai's health condition
TXT is currently rolling out its world tour, ACT: PROMISE, which kickstarted on May 3, 2024, and is scheduled to end on December 1, 2024, with its last show in Osaka, Japan.
Most of their shows have had a smooth ride as they rolled out the concerts of their third world tour.
However, their latest encore stage garnered attention from both netizens and the fans in the audience. During the concert, many fans noticed that the idol looked visibly tired and was also seen trembling from time to time as he was performing on stage. Thus, when he left the stage midway, it left many fans worried and concerned about the state of his health.
BIGHIT MUSIC, then, released a statement addressing the concerns. Hueningkai had a health concern due to indigestion and couldn't perform due to the same. However, the idol has been determined to continue his participation in the upcoming concert show of TXT's world tour, and has been taking the necessary rest to recover.
Regardless, BIGHIT MUSIC stated that they might adjust his participation based on his health condition. Here's what their statement read:
"On November 1st (Friday), during the first day of the TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR <ACT : PROMISE> ENCORE IN SEOUL, HUENINGKAI experienced a sudden decline in condition due to indigestion and was unable to continue performing. He is currently resting and focusing on recovery."
The statement continued,
"Although the artist is very determined to participate in the future shows, we will prioritize his health and flexibly adjust his participation based on his condition. We kindly ask for MOA’s understanding. Our company will do everything we can to support HUENINGKAI’s recovery so he can meet fans again in good health."
On the other hand, TXT is gearing up for a comeback this month, They are scheduled to release their seventh mini-album, The Star Chapter: SANCTUARY, on November 4.
