A video recently went viral with BTS' Taehyung reportedly making a surprise appearance at a fan-organized birthday event. The Winter Ahead vocalist was spotted at the event organized near his military base, where he collected coffee and snacks for his military friends.
BTS' Taehyung was captured in the video with his military gear and mask on. His fans soon recognized him and subsequently flooded the internet with admiration and praises for the idol for showing up at his birthday event. To express this, one user on X commented:

BTS' Taehyung’s fans donated 1.23 million KRW for animal welfare in honor of his birthday
To celebrate the Love Me Again singer's birthday, his fans gave 1.23 million KRW to the Korean Animal Welfare Association. The welfare association expressed sincere appreciation to the idol's supporters for their donation. The contribution was sent in Yeontan's name in honor of V's birthday. In their statement, the Korean Animal Welfare Association stated:
"Thank you for being a positive influence and giving animals a better tomorrow. I will support BTS V (Kim Taehyung)'s activities.”
Some fans also gave food and other necessities to more than 6,000 people who were fleeing the violence in a war-torn part of Myanmar. In celebration of Kim Taehyung, they used a variety of land and water routes to make these offerings possible.
BTS' Taehyung is finishing his military service after joining in December 2023. The idol is expected to rejoin the band in June this year.
