The actor Na In woo has reportedly decided to leave the renowned South Korean television show 2 Days, 1 Night to concentrate on his acting career. He quickly became one of the most beloved cast members after joining the show in February of 2022 to replace Kim Seon-Ho.

In light of responsibilities in the future, the actor has resigned from his role in the show, according to a spokesman from the production.

Na In-Woo shot to international stardom after appearing in the hit Korean drama Marry My Husband, which debuted on tvN earlier this year. He co-starred with Park Min-Young, who was the show's female lead.

The actor's stellar turn in the Korean drama and his off-screen contributions to 2 Days, 1 Night helped him gain a loyal fan base during this period.

Na In woo will be leaving '2 Days & 1 Night' to pursue acting full-time

The news of Na In Woo's departure from 2 Days, 1 Night to concentrate on his acting career had been reported by several news outlets, including Naver, on June 7, 2024. A program spokesperson confirmed the information, stating that:

“Na In Woo has an upcoming drama scheduled for the second half of this year, which led to his decision to leave.”

The spokesman additionally stated that there has been no choice to take over the succession. Conversations are still going on in search of a suitable candidate to take over In woo's role.

In February 2022, Na In woo became a member of 2 Days, 1 Night. The other members of the cast, including Yeon Jung-Hoon, Kim Jong-Min, Moon Se-Yoon, DinDin, and Yoo Seon-Ho, became close to him, and he developed good relationships with them.

In the meantime, Na In-Woo, who was born in 1994, is also planning to join the military soon. On Saturdays at 6:10 p.m. KST, KBS airs 2 Days, 1 Night, now in its fourth season.
