On November 25, 2024, BigHit Music announced the release of BTS' Jin's forthcoming collaborative track. Jin will be releasing a new version of his debut album's song Falling in collaboration with Taka, the vocalist of the Japanese band One Ok Rock.
The song, Falling (feat. Taka), is slated to premiere on November 26, 2024, at 2 pm Korean Standard Time. The agency shared in the press release:
"This song features Taka, the vocalist of the Japanese band ONE OK ROCK, who also participated in the production of the song "Falling" from Jin's first solo album, "Happy." With the addition of Taka's powerful voice, the song lets you feel the emotions of love in a new, deeper way."

The fans stated they could not wait to hear BTS' Jin and Taka's vocals in synchronization. Some also wished to see them performing the forthcoming track Falling live.

BTS' Jin released his debut studio album, Happy
On November 15, 2024, BTS' Jin unveiled his debut album Happy through BigHit Music. It featured six tracks, including Running Wild, I'll Be There, Another Level, Falling, Heart on the Window (with Wendy), and I Will Come to You. The physical album is available in four versions, namely Imagine, Journey, Navigate, and Weverse Album (QR).
Following the record's release, the title track, Running Wild, charted at the number eight position on Spotify's daily Global Top Songs Chart with 4,936,542 streams. It subsequently topped the Oricon's daily digital singles chart in Japan. Meanwhile, the record Happy debuted at the number four position on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart.
