On July 7, 2024, BTS' Jin uploaded news pictures on his Instagram, which delighted his fans. The South Korean musician posted his photos for the third time in a row this week, which made his fans curious. Some fans tried to decipher the Epiphany singer-songwriter's decision to post his picture at the same time every day.

Meanwhile, some BTS ARMY speculated that his debut solo album might be released sooner than expected. One X user noted that the BTS idol has been posting pictures every day between 4 to 5 PM and wrote,

"I think Seokjin uploads it around this time every day. It is 4pm on Sunday in Korean time. Jin comes every day between 4~5pm. I thought he wouldn't come today because it's Sunday, but he's coming today. He's showing us how he works on holidays, too. Our sincere and sweet Jin."

BTS' Jin gets chosen as a torchbearer for 2024 Paris Olympics and is busy filming variety shows

The Awake singer-songwriter was discharged from the military on June 12, 2024. Later, he shared with his fans through Weverse that he has been busy filming for various Korean reality shows.

The musician will reportedly appear on the popular Korean variety show The Half-Star Hotel in Lost Island. However, the release date has yet to be announced. Additionally, Money Control News reported that Jin may not participate in the MBC reality show I Live Alone.

Furthermore, HYBE confirmed that the BTS idol will attend the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics Torch Relay as one of the honorable torchbearers. The date of his appearance is yet to be announced.

The BTS idol became the first K-pop and Korean artist in history to have been selected as a torchbearer, joining the list of previous torchbearers such as Muhammad Ali, David Beckham, Serena Williams, Venus Williams, along with the Royal family of Great Britain—Prince William, Princess Kate Middleton, and Prince Harry.

The BTS idol will participate in the Olympics Torch Relay and represent South Korea in Paris. The 2024 Paris Olympics will begin on July 26 and continue till August 11.
