“Project under A24?”- Fan speculations rise after BTS' Taehyung likes 3 posts on American independent entertainment company's Instagram

BTS’ V aka Kim Taehyung has garnered attention online for liking Instagram posts made by A24 Films, raising speculations about a potential film project in the future. Fans online have noticed the BTS vocalist’s Instagram activities where he liked A24 films posts about the films Heretic (2024), and the upcoming movies The Legend of Ochi and Queer.

V made his acting debut in the popular Korean drama Hwarang alongside stars like Park Seo-joon, Park Hyung-sik, Go Ah-ra, and more.

Following the release of Hwarang, he has not appeared in any drama series or film. However, during his appearance on IU's Palette on September 12, 2023, he shared his wish to take up acting projects in the future, post-military service.

A24 Films is an American Independent Entertainment agency that is known for producing and distributing films like We Live in Time, Heretic, The Iron Claw, Civil War, Lady Bird, The Lighthouse, Minari, and more. Given that V liked some of the posts of the company on Instagram, many fans believe that he is preparing to appear in a film or project by the production house.

Notably, nothing has been confirmed by BIGHIT MUSIC or A24 Films, fans have showcased their enthusiasm to see Kim Taehyung appear in a film or TV series.

On November 7, 2024, BTS’ Kim Taehyung garnered attention online for his reported social media activities where fans noticed that he seemingly deleted the Musician/Band label from his Instagram biography. This further fueled the speculation among fans that he would possibly make a comeback in the acting industry.

On the other hand, V is also gearing up for the release of his upcoming single title White Christmas with the late American singer Bing Crosby. Being an avid fan of Bing Crosby, he had previously covered the song It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas. This song is a joint project between Geffen Records, Primary Wave Music, and the Bing Crosby Estate.
