“Pure elegance” — Fans in awe as BLACKPINK’s Lisa makes an appearance at the BVLGARI ‘Eternally Reborn’ exhibition in Seoul

BLACKPINK's Lisa attended BVLGARI's Eternally Reborn event in Seoul on Friday, October 11, 2024. The official account of @AboutMusicYT broke the news coverage, which was also shared by the official Instagram account of Montres Korea publication. The ROCKSTAR rapper stunned in a bright red gown from BURC AKYOL and a classic Serpenti BVLGARI gold watch on her left wrist.

The first Korea House Ambassador for BVLGARI, actress Kim Ji-won, served as an audio docent to provide the guests with a realistic viewing experience throughout the exhibition. The exhibition will stay open until November 3; however, it will stay closed every Monday.

The exhibition honored the 140th anniversary of BVLGARI's founding and the 140th year of secondary education in Korea and Italy. It featured a collaborative exhibition featuring three contemporary artists - Bae Chan-hyo, Lee-chun, and Lee-chul and the works of Olivier.

Meanwhile, fans were delighted to see the BLACKPINK rapper's public appearance at the exclusive Eternally Reborn event. A fan lauded the K-pop idol for adding "elegance" to the event and wrote on X,

Admirers praised the BLACKPINK idol for her "bold" choice of wearing a red gown for the event.

A few fans expressed being stunned as they weren't aware that the rapper would attend the event.

"The way I thought this was an AI picture of Lisa coz we don't even have any information about tha Bulgari event / She truly embodies greatness," one fan commented.

BLACKPINK's Lisa drops her new song Moonlit Floor

The BLACKPINK rapper ended her solo contract with YG Entertainment in December 2023, although renewing her group deal with them. She established her label, LLOUD, on February 7, 2024, and signed a record partnership deal with RCA Records—home of Shakira, SZA, P!NK, Chris Brown, Britney Spears, Latto, and more.

She released her first comeback single, ROCKSTAR, on June 28, 2024, under LLOUD and RCA Records. On August 15, she dropped her second solo single, NEW WOMAN feat. Rosalía. She won the Best K-pop at the MTV Video Music Awards on September 12. The BLACKPINK idol became the first K-pop soloist to win the category twice at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Following this, she performed at the Global Citizen Festival on September 28, 2024. She performed Moonlit Floor live on stage, taking her fans by surprise. Later, she officially released the song on October 3, 2024. Moonlit Floor is a reprised version of the original 1998 song Kiss Me by Sixpence None the Richer.

Lisa has been credited as a performer in Moonlit Floor; however, the songwriting credits are owned by Sixpence None the Richer members Ryan Williamson (aka Rykeyz) and Matt Slocum and Jessie Reyez. Rykeyz has also been credited as the producer on Moonlit Floor, and the track was released through LLOUD Co. and RCA Records.
