All members of BLACKPINK have attained an incredible feat by surpassing one billion streams on YouTube Music as soloists. On December 12, 2024, this record was finalized when Rosé's solo song APT. featuring Bruno Mars became the latest to cross the 1 billion mark. This milestone makes the group the first-ever group in history, where every member has reached this milestone individually on the platform.

Lisa accomplished this milestone with her songs Money and LALISA, Jisoo with FLOWER, Jennie with SOLO, and now Rosé with APT. Subsequently, fans took to X to celebrate the record. One user wrote:

"Queens of kpop for a reason"

Fans worldwide are celebrating this historic moment, flooding social media with messages of pride and admiration for the group's unparalleled accomplishments.

“BIGGEST GIRL GROUP FOR A REASON,” a fan remarked.
“They all smart hit!” a fan said.
“We love both listening and watching them. They are bigger and better than anyone,” a fan expressed.

One fan mentioned that the group is "goated," while others praised the group's success.

"They weren't joking when they said: BLACKPINK IS THE REVOLUTION," a fan exclaimed.
“Theyre goated like that,” another fan said.
“Successful as a group and as soloists,” a fan stated.

Another fan wrote:

“Wow! Amazingly successful group! I don't know or remember of any other group in the last 10 years or so with this much success as they are: both as group or solo.”

Rosé's APT. featuring Bruno Mars becomes the latest BLACKPINK song to surpass 1 billion streams on YouTube Music

Even though BLACKPINK members have ventured into individual careers, they continue to break records as a group. Rosé recently became the latest member to release solo music, and her single APT. has already achieved remarkable milestones across multiple global charts.

BLACKPINK remains the only K-pop group with two music videos surpassing 2 billion views on YouTube, Kill This Love and Ddu-Du Ddu-Du.

Kill This Love dominated YouTube and peaked at number two on the Korean Gaon Digital Chart. It had become the group's first top-50 hit on the US Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Singles Chart, marking the highest-charting song by a female K-pop act on both platforms. Other iconic tracks like Pink Venom, How You Like That, and Boombayah have similarly dominated charts worldwide.

Now, a new achievement has emerged, tying together their individual successes. All BLACKPINK members have reached the milestone of having at least one solo song surpassing 1 billion plays on YouTube Music. The list includes:

  • Lisa: Money (1.8 billion plays) and LALISA (1.1 billion plays)
  • Jennie: SOLO (1.8 billion plays)
  • Jisoo: FLOWER (1 billion plays)
  • Rosé: APT. feat. Bruno Mars (1 billion plays)

Rosé’s APT. featuring Bruno Mars has achieved this milestone in under two months since its release, showcasing its popularity. Fans worldwide are celebrating this feat, marveling at the group's ability to do it collectively and individually.
