On August 2, 2024, Jung Ji-hoon, known by his stage names Rain and Bi Rain, reportedly purchased a $11.6 million building in Apgujeong Rodeo, South Korea. Sports Seoul reported on August 1 that Rain purchased the building on January 16, 2024, for around 15.9 billion KRW ($11.6 million) under Mega Big Entertainment—owned by his father.
