BLACKPINK’s Rosé recently revealed the reasons behind her decision not to release her collaborative song, Build B*tch, with famous TikTok star and singer Bella Poarch. Fans were surprised by Rosé's honesty during an interview with British Capital FM titled Rosé Goes For a Very British Chippy Tea with the host Jordan North.

In the interview, released on December 12, She shared that despite recording her own rendition, she felt the song's arrival didn’t align with her artistic vision at the time. She said:

“I didn't have other music ready, so just to have that one out was a bit awkward so we decided not to but I really loved it.”

Many fans applauded the BLACKPINK idol for her self-awareness and ability to prioritize authenticity in her artistry, while others couldn’t help but wonder what the track would have sounded like with Rosé’s unique vocals. One fan demanded that she needs to "release" the song "now" and wrote:

"release it now rosie and bella"

The BLACKPINK idol's honesty about focusing on creating a full-length album and properly releasing music further deepened fans' respect for her.

"I feel like there has to be another reason bc surely u can just release a single?" one fan wrote.
"But now she does…. Soooo when she gonna release a remix?" another fan commented.
"Rosé shared that she has recorded collabs that haven’t been released yet and mentions her unreleased collab with Bella Poarch! Rosé explains that the song was fun and nice and she loved it but ultimately decided to push it back," one other fan stated.

Many supporters noted that her decision aligns with her reputation for carefully curating her projects to reflect her personality and musical identity. Some fans recalled how a small version of Build A B*tch was leaked in September 2022, revealing Rosé penned verse of the song.

"A demo of it got leaked on YouTube a few years ago," one fan recalled.
"Not releasing this was their biggest mistake, we were robbed," another fan said.
"She really is for the long run no? Like she doesnt want to just put out something for the sake of it, she always gotta have a plan or whatever after," one other fan shared.
