A new drama adaptation, Love Me, may feature Seo Hyun-jin, Chang-Ryul, and TWICE’s Dahyun in leading roles. On November 5, Sports World reported that the three stars have been approached for the Korean remake of the popular 2019 Swedish drama. The screenplay is being adapted by writers Park Eun-young and Park Hee-kwon, known for The Third Charm and I Have Not Done My Best Yet.

Seo Hyun-jin is in talks to play Seo Joon-kyung, a seemingly perfect Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor. Chang-Ryul is also considering the role of her love interest, Joo Do-hyun, a music director, while TWICE’s Dahyun may join as Yoon Sol, a confident and popular dance crew leader.

Who plays who in Love Me?

Seo Hyun-jin is currently considering the lead role of Seo Joon-kyung, an Obstetrics and Gynecology doctor who appears flawless but is plagued by feelings of isolation. Her character undergoes personal growth as she develops new relationships and experiences emotions she has long kept hidden. Seo’s agency, Management SOOP, confirmed she is "positively reviewing" the offer, raising fans’ excitement for her potential portrayal of this complex role.

Chang-Ryul is reportedly in discussions to play Joo Do-hyun, a music director and Seo Joon-kyung’s love interest. If confirmed, his character will add layers to the romance and drama as he navigates his relationship with Seo Joon-kyung. His agency, Management mmm, also shared that he is "positively reviewing" the role.

Meanwhile, Dahyun from TWICE has been reportedly offered the role of Yoon Sol, a dance crew leader and widely admired public figure known for her confident, clear-headed approach to both love and career. If Dahyun accepts, this would mark her first major television drama role. Dahyun recently debuted in acting with the films You Are the Apple of My Eye and Sprint, and the news of her potential TV role is already creating buzz among fans.

Seo Hyun-jin is set to appear in the upcoming drama The Trunk with Gong Yoo, Chang-Ryul is preparing for his role in The Love Story of Chunhwa, and Dahyun is working on Sprint, a sports film.
